Frequently asked
Does Onepack sell the tickets?
No. Onepack is a search and comparison app. Prices come live from the Aviasales / Travelpayouts network, and the purchase is completed at the airline or agency you choose, on their own page and under their own terms.
Is it free? Do you add a fee?
The app is free and no commission is added to the price. If you buy through a seller we link to, that seller may pay us a referral fee — it never changes what you pay.
Are the prices always accurate?
Prices and seat availability change constantly and come from third-party sellers. What you see in the app is an indication; the price that counts is the one shown on the seller's own checkout page.
Does my phone support eSIM?
Every iPhone from the XS onwards does. If you see an EID under Settings → General → About, your phone is ready.
Will my phone number change with an eSIM?
No. The travel eSIM provides data only — your existing line and number stay on your phone.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up, no password and no profile. Your recent searches stay on your device.
