1. Agreement

By downloading, opening or using the Onepack iOS application or this website (together, the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What Onepack is — and is not

Onepack is an independent search and comparison tool. It queries a third-party flight-price network (Travelpayouts / Aviasales) and displays the results, then links you to the seller of your choice.

Onepack is not:

• an airline, charter operator or carrier;
• a travel agency, tour operator or booking platform;
• a party to any contract of carriage or purchase between you and a seller;
• a payment processor, merchant of record or refund provider;
• a mobile network operator or eSIM provider.

Every ticket, reservation, ancillary service and eSIM plan is sold to you by a third party, under that third party's own terms and conditions, which you should read before you pay.

3. Prices, availability and accuracy

All prices, schedules, durations, baggage allowances, stop counts, seller names, eSIM data volumes and coverage lists are supplied by third parties and are shown for guidance only. They change constantly and may be incomplete, delayed, mistaken or out of date at the moment you look at them.

The only binding price and conditions are the ones displayed by the seller on its own checkout page immediately before you pay. We make no representation or warranty that any price shown in Onepack will still be available, or that any listed flight, fare or plan exists, is bookable, or is suitable for your trip.

4. Third-party sellers and links

When you continue to a seller, you leave the part of the experience we author, even if the page opens inside the app. We do not control, endorse, verify or supervise those companies, their websites, their pricing, their customer service, their refund handling, or their compliance with any law.

Any dispute concerning a booking, a cancellation, a delay, a refund, a chargeback, denied boarding, an unusable eSIM or anything else you bought must be taken up directly with the seller — the airline, the agency, or Airalo. We are not a party to it and cannot intervene, mediate, refund or compensate.

5. How Onepack makes money

The app is free and adds no commission to any price. Some links to sellers carry a partner identifier, and a seller may pay us a referral fee if you buy. This never increases what you pay, and it does not determine the order in which results are shown.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, mirror or bulk-extract data from the Service;
• reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the app, except where the law expressly allows it;
• use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• interfere with the Service's operation or the third-party APIs it relies on.

7. Availability

The Service is provided free of charge and may be changed, suspended, limited or discontinued at any time, with or without notice. Features depend on third-party APIs that may fail, rate-limit or shut down. We do not guarantee uptime, uninterrupted access, or that results will be returned for any given search.

8. Intellectual property

The Onepack name, logo, design and code belong to us. Airline, agency, Airalo and other brand names and logos shown in the Service belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the seller of an offer. No affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement is implied.

9. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation. You use the Service entirely at your own risk and are solely responsible for verifying every detail — price, dates, airports, baggage, visa and entry requirements, device eSIM compatibility — before you buy anything.

10. Limitation of liability — no liability accepted

This exclusion covers, without limitation:

• incorrect, outdated, missing or misleading prices, schedules or availability;
• money lost on a booking, a fare difference, a cancellation fee or a failed refund;
• missed, delayed, cancelled, rescheduled or overbooked flights, and missed connections;
• bookings that turn out to be invalid, duplicated or never issued;
• denied boarding, visa, passport or entry problems;
• eSIM plans that fail to install, activate, connect or deliver the expected data;
• acts, omissions, insolvency, fraud or data breaches of any airline, agency, Airalo, or other third party;
• interruption, unavailability, defect or discontinuation of the Service;
• loss of data, profit, revenue, business, goodwill or opportunity;
• and any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount you have paid us for the Service, which is zero, or (b) USD 10. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you; the remainder still applies to the maximum extent permitted.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these terms, or your dealings with any third-party seller.

12. Privacy

Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

13. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. The current version always lives at this address, with the date at the top. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you enjoy in your country of residence.
